Will every lead I buy turn into a paying client?
No. If you’ve been in the DC industry for a while you will know that far from every potential client you are in contact with will turn into a paying customer – some are married COP and have a spouse who is not willing to be placed under review, some do not qualify on financial grounds, some will find another solution to their debt problem, some will end up with another DC (competition for clients is getting quite fierce), etc. See more info on client conversion rates below.
What percentage of the leads from you can I expect turn into paying clients?
Based on statistics on conversion rates on these types of leads since the inception of the DC industry in South Africa in 2007, 30-40% of the leads we provide should convert. Note however that this figure can be higher or lower depending on the quality of your operation (reputation, size, quality of your consultants and debt counsellors, ability to process and follow up leads in time, etc, etc).

Do I have to order a minimum number of leads?
Yes, we require that you order a minimum of 20 leads. This is because DC sales is a numbers game and we want you to be able to draw some meaningful statistical conclusions about the quality of the leads we provide you with
Where do your leads come from?
We generate leads via a broad network and via various media channels, the majority of the leads are generated via the internet. All leads are highly targeted and qualified
Will I get leads from my geographical area only?
No, the leads come from all over the country. We will however allocate leads to you that are in your area to the extent possible
How Fresh are the leads – how new/old?
The leads are fresh, and during business hours are delivered within hours – they are first manually validated for quality and are therefore not delivered in real time. It is imperative that leads are followed up promptly by the DC in order to convert the client. Consumers are increasingly “shopping around” between DCs so time is of the essence.
Do You have a Refund Policy if the leads are not profitable?
Yes, if you purchase a minimum number of leads in a month (currently 50), and you can show that you have not recovered your investment in equivalent or more in DC Fees and that you have promptly followed up the sales leads provided in order to sign up the client – you will be entitled to a full or partial refund
